Marketplace plans

Real major medical coverage, priced for your income

Every Marketplace plan covers doctor visits, hospital stays, emergencies, prescriptions, maternity, mental health and preventive care. The difference is how you split the costs.

Pick your metal tier

Same benefits, different cost split

Metal tiers show how the plan and you share the bill for covered care.

Bronze~60%
Silver~70%
Gold~80%
Platinum~90%

Share of average medical costs the plan pays. Lower tiers mean lower premiums and higher out-of-pocket costs.

Premium tax credits
Help that lowers your monthly premium, based on household income and size.
Cost-sharing reductions
Lower deductibles and copays on Silver plans for households that qualify.

Lost Medicaid or CHIP
No longer qualifying for Medicaid or CHIP, often after your income goes up.

How it works

From ZIP code to coverage, usually in one phone call

  1. Tell us about you

Your ZIP code, household and the doctors or medications you want to keep.

  2. Compare real plans

We review premiums, deductibles, networks and drug costs from the carriers in your area and explain the tradeoffs plainly.

  3. Enroll and stay covered

We submit your enrollment, confirm your first payment, and stay with you for questions, claims issues and renewals.

New for Marketplace enrollments: before we can access or submit your Marketplace application, you'll receive a one-time code or confirmation link to authorize us. Keep your phone nearby when we call so we can finish your enrollment in one session.

Questions

Common questions

Does it cost anything to get enrollment help?

No. Our help is free. Insurance companies pay us a commission, and your premium is the same whether you enroll with us or on your own.

Is Obamacare the same as the ACA Marketplace?

Yes. "Obamacare" is a common nickname for the Affordable Care Act. The Marketplace is where you enroll in ACA plans and get premium tax credits.

Will I get calls from other companies after I fill out the form?

No. Your request comes only to us. We don't sell or share your information with call centers or other insurance agents.

Is this the government Marketplace?

No. We are a private, licensed insurance agency. We help you enroll in official Marketplace plans through CMS-approved enrollment platforms, and the plans and financial help are the same ones you would find at HealthCare.gov.

When can I enroll?

In North Carolina, Open Enrollment for 2027 coverage on HealthCare.gov runs November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027. Enroll by December 15 for coverage that starts January 1. Outside those windows, you may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period after a life event such as losing coverage, moving or having a baby.

I just lost my job coverage. Can I enroll now?

Usually, yes. Losing qualifying coverage opens a Special Enrollment Period, and you generally have 60 days from the loss to pick a plan. Call us as soon as you know your last day of coverage so there is no gap.

I'm turning 65. Is this the right place?

At 65 most people move to Medicare. Call us at (844) 431-4151 and we'll help you time the switch so there is no gap.

Will I keep my doctor?

Yes, we'll help you find a plan that lets you keep seeing your doctors. Just give us their names and we'll look them up for you before you enroll.

What do I need to have ready?

For a quote, just your ZIP code, the birth dates of the people who need coverage, and an estimate of your household income. A list of your doctors and prescriptions helps us find plans that cover them.
